Refunds & Returns
Please place your order carefully as we will NOT refund or provide a replacement product if you:
1) Change your mind;
2) Use the product in an inappropriate manner and it gets damaged or broken;
3) Decide you do not like the product anymore;
4) Provide us with incorrect details in your order such as ‘incorrect spelling of names’ on plaques.
As our products are personalised to your order, we DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES.
If you should find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you open your package and your order happens to be broken, please contact us ASAP - within 72 hours of receiving your product - via email on email@example.com to discuss the breakage. We are here to help!
We may ask that you send us through supporting photos of the broken product and the condition of the packaging. That may help to determine damage in transit or a fault in manufacturing, guiding us in which process to follow. Either way, we aim to work with you to rectify the situation.
