Delivery & Shipping
At Willow & Belle, we use two main delivery services: Australia Post and Sendle Couriers.
Sendle subcontracts Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers to deliver their service. We choose to use tracked postage, whether by Australia Post or by Courier, so that your valuable order can be tracked from when it is shipped by us, to when it arrives to you straight from our studio in Pakenham, Melbourne.
In non-peak periods we are usually able to make the order within 2 weeks. However, during peak periods, such as the wedding seasons (August to November) and (February to April) and then the lead-up to Christmas, we suggest placing your order as early as possible, as production can take up to 4 weeks. We always endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible because we totally understand that there is nothing more exciting than receiving your online shopping order!
So, when ordering, please allow for estimated production time plus the time taken for Australia-wide delivery. Based on our experiences in the past, states like WA, NT and rural QLD can possibly expect their parcels to take a little longer to arrive due to the distance and delivery procedures involved in sending packages from Melbourne to extended regions.
Willow & Belle ships orders WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. Unfortunately, at this point in time, we are unable to ship orders internationally. However, this is something we are aiming to make possible in the very near future.
At Willow & Belle, we take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure they arrive to you in top condition. Once your order has been shipped, Willow & Belle cannot accept any responsibility for loss or transit damage to your package. We also cannot be held responsible for postage delays that may occur once your product has been sent by us.
